Services We Offer
Under the Bill Payer model, you purchase services from approved agencies, businesses, or independent providers. You do not hire employees directly. The FMS processes payments and pays your approved providers on your behalf — the simplest option, with the least employer responsibility.

Under the Co-Employer model, you choose and direct your support staff while the FMS acts as the legal employer — handling payroll, taxes, and other employment requirements — you keep flexibility while sharing employer responsibilities.

Under the Sole Employer model, you are the legal employer and have the highest level of control over your services. Hiring, benefits, and staff management are yours, with the FMS providing payroll processing and tax support.
