Services We Offer

Bill Payer

Under the Bill Payer model, you purchase services from approved agencies, businesses, or independent providers. You do not hire employees directly. TrueCare FMS processes payments and pays approved service providers on your behalf, making this the simplest option with the least employer responsibility.

Co-Employer

Under the Co-Employer model, you choose and direct your support staff while TrueCare FMS serves as the legal employer. We handle payroll, taxes, and other employment-related requirements, allowing you to maintain flexibility while sharing employer responsibilities.

Sole-Employer

Under the Sole Employer model, you are the legal employer and have the highest level of control over your services. You make decisions regarding hiring, benefits, and staff management, while TrueCare FMS provides payroll processing and tax support to help manage administrative tasks.
