Do you only work with certain Regional Centers?

No. We work with all Regional Centers in California.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up through our online registration forms for participants, vendors, service coordinators, or independent facilitators.

Is there a cost to use your services?

No. Our services are covered as part of the Self‑Determination Program.

Participants

What is the Self‑Determination Program?

It is a program that lets you choose your own services and supports, and you control your own budget.

What do I need to register as a participant?

You will need your personal information, your Regional Center information, and some documents like your IPP and budget.

How do I know if I am eligible?

If you are a Regional Center client, ask your Service Coordinator. They will let you know if you qualify.

Can you help me find vendors?

Yes. We can help connect you with vendors and independent facilitators.

Can you help with hiring support staff?

Yes. We can help you set them up as vendors or employees so they can be paid.

Vendors

How do I become a vendor?

Fill out our vendor registration form and upload your W‑9, proof of insurance, and any licenses you have.

How do vendors get paid?

Vendors are paid through us after services are approved and invoices are submitted.

Do I need to be a Regional Center vendor?

No. In the Self‑Determination Program, you do not have to be a traditional vendor. You just need to sign up with us.

How do I submit invoices?

After you register, we will give you instructions and a portal to upload invoices.

Service Coordinators

How do I work with your company?

You can register as a service coordinator on our website and send us referrals or participant information.

Can I get updates on my participants?

Yes. We can share reports and updates with you regularly.

Independent Facilitators

What is an independent facilitator?

An independent facilitator helps participants plan their services and manage their budgets.

How do I sign up as an independent facilitator?

Fill out our independent facilitator registration form and upload your W‑9 and resume.

Budget and Payments

How are budgets managed?

We track your spending and make sure you stay within your approved budget.

How fast do payments go out?

Once everything is approved, payments are usually sent within a few business days.

Can I see my spending history?

Yes. We provide regular statements and you can ask us anytime.
