5. Payments and Reimbursements

Payments are made according to the participant’s approved budget and after required documents are reviewed and approved. TrueCare FMS is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, missing approvals, or Regional Center processing times.

6. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• Required documents are not submitted or maintained.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCare FMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount we received for the services giving rise to that claim.
