Services We Offer
Under the Bill Payer model, TrueCare FMS only handles the financial side. We process timesheets and issue paychecks on your behalf. You remain the full employer and are responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and managing your workers.
With the Co‑Employer model, TrueCare FMS shares certain employer responsibilities with you. We handle payroll, taxes, and other administrative tasks, while you continue to hire, train, and direct your workers day to day.
In the Sole Employer model, TrueCare FMS is the full employer. We take on all responsibilities, including hiring, managing, and paying your workers, so you can focus entirely on receiving the services you need.
